Air Quality Advisory Remains in Effect on the Nez Perce Reservation

The Air Quality Advisory (AQA) issued for the Nez Perce Reservation remains in effect. Air quality is currently in the “Moderate” category of the Air Quality Index (AQI). Smoke may improve or worsen over the weekend and some areas may be more impacted than others depending on regional wildfire activity.

The AQA remains in effect until 10:00am, Monday, August 20, 2018. No EPA/NPT burn permits are approved. Conditions will be reassessed and an air quality update issued at that time.
