Pretty decent weekend ahead

Today’s AQI is forecast to be in the GOOD to MODERATE categories across Idaho.

The fires in west central Oregon and the Ridge Creek fire in North Idaho are the main contributors to regional smoke and haze. The smoke and haze from the Oregon fires will drift east into Central and southern Idaho and linger overnight across southern Idaho and the Central Mountains and then begin to drift south through Sunday as the wind shifts. Meanwhile, the smoke and haze from the Ridge Creek fire will drift into Central Idaho.
